Equipment and applied methods
  1. In vivo study on gilts with cannulated blood vessels (systemic and of reproductive organs area).
  2. In vivo study on sheep with cannulated blood vessels and/or III ventricle.
  3. The study of the contractility of porcine uterus (in vivo) and isolated blood vessels.
  4. Ex vivo study on isolated head of the seep or pig perfused with autologous blood.
  5. Ex vivo study on isolated porcine ovary or uterus perfused with autologous blood.
  6. Measurement of peptide hormones, thyroid hormones, steroid ovarian hormones and uterine prostaglandins concentration in systemic fluids and tissues.
  7. The expression of genes and proteins.
  8. Immunohistochemical study.
