Laboratory includes the sensory laboratory room which fulfills the requirements of the ISO standards (ISO 8589:1998) with 12 individual boxes and trained panel. We also have a computerised system of planning and realization of sensory evaluations using different methods and software which enable statistical analysis of obtained data and their graphic presentation.
